This website is operated by Raasthal Publication LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India.
By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm dispatch, not when you pay.
If we cannot fulfil an order — a title is out of stock, an address is undeliverable, a price was wrong — we will tell you and refund you in full. We will never quietly substitute a different book.
Prices
Prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes on the book itself. Books are zero-rated for GST in India.
Shipping is charged separately and shown before you pay. We can change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Copyright
The books, cover art, photographs and text on this site belong to their authors, illustrators or to us. Nothing here may be copied, reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
Buying a book buys you that copy. It does not buy you the right to reproduce it.
Manuscripts and submissions
Sending us a manuscript does not create any obligation on our part to publish it, and does not transfer any rights in your work to us. Your work stays yours.
We may not be able to reply to every submission, and we cannot return physical copies.
Links to other shops
Our book pages link to Amazon, Kindle and other retailers. Those sales are between you and them, under their terms. We have no control over their prices, delivery or refunds.
Where disputes are heard
These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
Before any of that, write to us. Most things are a misunderstanding that an email fixes.
