What we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

Last updated 25 September 2026

The short version

We collect the least we can get away with: what we need to send you a book, answer your email, or write to you if you asked us to.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the couriers and payment processors who have to handle your order.

What we collect

Only these, and only when you give them to us:

  • Your email address, if you subscribe to our newsletter
  • Your name, email, phone and delivery address, if you buy a book
  • Whatever you write to us in an email
  • Basic, anonymous traffic figures — which pages get read, not who read them

Who else sees it

Only the companies that make an order possible:

  • Razorpay — to take your payment
  • Our courier — your name, address and phone, to deliver the parcel
  • Our email service — your address, if you subscribed
  • Supabase and Vercel — who host the site and its database

How long we keep it

Order records we keep for as long as accounting rules require.

Newsletter subscriptions we keep until you unsubscribe. Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and it works immediately.

Asking us to delete it

Write to privacy@raasthalpublicationllp.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.

We will do it within 30 days, usually much sooner. The one thing we cannot delete is an order record we are legally required to keep.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your shopping basket is remembered in your own browser and never leaves it until you check out.
