Jayashree Bhargava
For every woman who has lived somebody else's dream.
- Varkala, Kerala
- Writes in English
Jayashree Bhargava is an engineer-turned-healer whose life has been shaped by devotion, discipline, and an unending thirst for spiritual knowledge. Born and raised in a deeply traditional Indian home, Jayashree spent nearly two decades in the semiconductor industry before answering a quieter, older calling — the one her mother planted in her heart long before she understood it.
Her memoir, Not Somebody Else's Dream, is written in tribute to the woman who built her world — her mother. It is both a remembrance and a reclamation: a daughter honouring the sacrifices that shaped her, and a woman stepping fully into the spiritual path that now defines her life.
Jayashree's journey is one of continuous learning. She studies healing modalities, ancient wisdom traditions, and the inner architecture of the soul with the same rigour she once applied to engineering. Her curiosity is devotional; her evolution is ongoing.
Today, she dreams of offering spiritual guidance to those who are seeking clarity, comfort, or transformation. With deep intention, she is preparing to open her own spiritual centre in Varkala, Kerala — a sanctuary for healing, learning, and remembering one's true self.
Her work, her writing, and her path are dedicated to every woman who has ever lived somebody else's dream — and is now ready to live her own.
Her curiosity is devotional; her evolution is ongoing.
